Other names revealed in the planning application include Aldi for an 18,500 sq ft store as a relocation from Lexden, and an 11,000 sq ft M&S Food Hall who will a welcome new fascia to Tollgate. The site is opposite Sainsbury’s and the Stane Leisure Park on the Stanway Western Bypass.
