The planning permission for Stane Retail Park was issued on 17 July 2019 (11 months after the planning committee resolved to grant the consent) when the S106 Agreement was signed off three days earlier. During that time M&S Food Hall had changed their requirement from 11,800 sq ft to 20,000 sq ft to match their store at Martlesham Heath, Ipswich.
The Churchmanor Estates Company Plc have now submitted a S73 Application to increase the size of the Food Hall.
