Churchmanor Estates attended Completely Retail Marketplace to launch the marketing of the 57,500 sq ft bulky goods terrace to furniture and home furnishings retailers to trade alongside B&Q Warehouse, Aldi and M&S Food Hall on the 171,100 sq ft Stane Retail Park, Tollgate, Colchester.  The opening is programmed for summer 2020 following £2.6 million of highway improvements
