Gregory Moore Property gave consultancy advice on the purchase of the new store, and has started looking for a new trade warehouse in the Coventry/South Birmingham area as part of the ongoing property requirement.

Aldi’s planning application made in January for a 21,161 sq ft store with 112 car parking spaces has been approved
UP Building Products, part of the Brickability Group, have opened a new store in Maidenhead with revised branding to build on the two existing stores at Newmarket and Ipswich that will trade under the U Plastics fascia for a few more months. Gregory Moore Property has given advice on further property requirements including in north London, and started looking for a new trade warehouse in the Coventry/South Birmingham area.
